We are happy to do this during a personal meeting or via a video call. We'll come up with something to make it personal. In this conversation we will ask many questions and offer a listening ear.

We are going to use our network for you. We will investigate which assignment or professional suits you.

3. Feedback moments

We will provide you with updates throughout the process so that you know exactly where you stand. Nobody likes surprises, so we check whether the assignment or professional suits you.

4. Connecting

Have we found the right client or professional for you? Then we will prepare well for the job interview.

5. Contract

Have we found the right client or professional for you? Then we will prepare well for the job interview.

6. Stay in touch

Our work never ends. We will keep in touch with each other. A new step always takes some getting used to and we remain available for advice or as a listening ear.

We are Flexible!

Flexibility is one of our core values, so if two or three introductory meetings are required or the contract meeting takes more time than planned in advance, we will of course adjust our step-by-step plan.
