Who is Demy?

Hi there! My name is Demy Schunken, I live in the beautiful south of the Netherlands with my husband, son and overly active cat. At Digital Green, I’m given the flexibility to combine the busy family life, with a meaningful job. If I have a spare minute left, I also enjoy making music with friends. It is a great way to relax and have fun.

I joined the Digital Green team as a recruiter and I focus mostly on DevOps positions. My previous work experience as team manager, as well as my work in health care, are my assets when it comes to listening carefully to candidates’ wishes and determining together with them what would be a great next step for them. As a recruiter I feel like I am truly helping people with their future. I am the indispensable link between the candidate and the client and I can be of great added value.

What I like about working at Digital Green is our aim to build sustainable and long-term relationships with both our candidates and clients. I can take all the time I need to get to know someone, which is oftentimes really appreciated by the people I talk to.
