Who is Janien?
Born in Heerlen, based in Amsterdam. After law school and a stint of traveling, she joined Allen & Overy as a lawyer, learning to listen under pressure, ask the right follow-ups, and get to the point fast. She brings that precision to recruitment and is the strategist within the Digital Green team: clear thinking, sharp choices, human conversations. She lives in the Jordaan, often walks to the office on Dam Square, and is always up for a good brainstorm.
